Michael Hammer (formerly One World Trust, now ROCsalt) and Prof. Susannah Mayhew (LSHTM) continue a collaborative project on organisational transformation in response to climate change. The project has also in the past benefitted from the input of Dr Sara van Belle, Adam Koon, Dr Alice Obrecht, Lauren Cummings, and others. It combines organisational accountability policy, strategy and systems reviews with qualitative exploration of the drivers and bottlenecks of change and structure to make the institutions involved more responsive to people affected by climate change. We are writing up conceptual findings from the previous empirical work and lessons for an organisational change focused research framework.
