In a joint project Prof. Aseem Prakash (University of Washington, Seattle) and Michael Hammer (ROCsalt) explore together with HR and recruitment professionals the pathways of individuals in the leadership of INGOs. The focus is both on current and next generation leaders, and the way they chart out for themselves often across different sectors. The project is aimed at improving the understanding and barriers to diversity, pros and cons of the formation of professional communities which may positively or negatively affect leadership styles, paradigms and capacity for innovation and diversity in internationally working organisations.
