Together with partner Miriam Chikwanda of Fructuous Consulting, based in South Africa Michael conducted in 2024/2025 a mid term review of Afrikagrupperna’s strategy 2022-2026. Afrikagrupperna is a Swedish international solidarity and development organisation supporting many local and regionally working advocacy, service delivery and movement building organisations in Southern Africa.
The mid term review evaluated progress made towards Afrikagrupperna’s impact goals as well as its organisational and strategic ways of working. the review inserts itself in the currently highly dynamic international development policy and funding environment in Sweden and many countries in the world.
